Service and Miscellaneous Charges:
 
  • Hourly Service rates $50.00 per hour / Rush $65.00 per hour.
  • Hourly Service after 11:00 PM will be $75.00 per hour until project is completed.
  • Service after 9:00 PM and before 8:00 AM subject to an additional $20.00 fee.
  • Saturday Services add $35.00, Sunday Services add $50.00
  • Gas sir charges are possible when gas prices are over $1.75 per gallon for extreme driving in county.
  • Gas sir charge of $10.00 for all out of county services when gas prices are over $1.40 per gallon.
  • All transfers to other service agencies $25.00 minimum.
  • Second address process server obtains or attempts $25.00 additional charge.
  • Rout and box addresses $20.00 extra, rush same day $35.00 extra . *(Cannot guarantee same day service on Rout and box rush)*
  • *Subject to US Postal Service's cooperation (this could take a week or more)*
  • Postal Change of Address filed with Post Office 20.00 (this could take a week or more). Need phone number and fax number to Post Office of service address.
  • Postal Change of Address filed with Post Office 35.00 (call Post Office each day until Post Office responds)
  • Service on: Attorneys, Doctors, political figures, or celebrities add $25.00 on Judges $140 - $500
  • When receiving or sending faxes from a remote location (other than office) $20.00 and what ever the local vendor charges for the fax or printouts.
  • Inbound faxes subject to a $0.25 per page; (fees are to cover the cost of the toll free number and paper, toner, wear and tear on printing equipment)
  • Digital Photos; e-mailed to your address (ask about quantity)
  • $20.00 Photos or Documents burned to CDs & US Postal mailed
  • Scanning 15.00 first image scanned 5.00 each addition.
  • Large volume copies call for a quote, prices vary…
  • Faxing 2nd time to same fax number $3.00 per page.
  • Second or Third address to attempt with original service add $20.00 per additional address in the same city not Rout and Box.
  • Different city will be subject to another service fee.
  • Picture Proof (1 st proof free upon request until March 4, 2006) 3 to 4 digital picture inserted into notarized affidavit $25.00
  • $25.00 extra to prepare and file Affidavit of due diligent and Order Rule 106 Substitute Service.
  • $35.00 extra to file Affidavit and Order Rule 106 Substitute Service and call court each day until order signed.
  • $25.00 extra to prepare and file Affidavit and Order Rule 103 Authorizing Private Process.
  • $35.00 extra to file Affidavit and Order Rule 103 Authorizing Private Process and call court each day until order signed.
  • Invoices past 30 days of invoice date $20.00 each month until paid; invoices over $100.00 will be 20% of invoice and interest will be compounded daily.
  • Return check fee $40.00
